Hi!

I am Dr. Natalie M Capiro, an Associate Certified Coach under the International Coaching Federation. I did not choose my career title; it simply has always been a part of who I am. I am in the “people industry.” I walk with you with a mission to ensure that you uncover, understand and unleash the Ultimate U.

How I do this?
With nearly two decades of Higher Education experience, I have made it my personal mission to understand individuals and their various complexities – breaking the codes within the mind, body and spirit and its potential. I have acquired a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; specializing in Management, Master of Business Administration; specializing in Mass Communication and Media Management, Master of Education; specializing in Leadership and Administration and Doctor of Education; specializing in  Leadership and Administration. What I learned most throughout these societal earnings – the mind is your greatest textbook, your spirit is your greatest resume, and your body is your greatest vessel, all of which is your responsibility in attributing to the Ultimate U.
Understanding the Ultimate U may or may not be discovered in a classroom, I understood the power of partnership through coaching. I have nearly a decade of coaching experiences with nearly 300 training hours and over 2K coaching hours.

Utilizing the wisdom I have acquired alongside extensive research, experience and researched based methodologies, I have partnered with clients from different ages, background, genders, races, nationalities, cultures, learning styles, and more as we have walked together with no limits in uncovering, understanding and unleashing each individual’s potential and Ultimate U.

Why I do this?
Simply, I have seen its success. Throughout my experience, I have seen too many human beings live life with limits, fear or undiscovered potential. What I do believe in is the human potential of which science shows is unfathomable. Through Neuroscience, mind-body connection education and individualized partnership, I have seen many understand, unveil and often RE-unleash their Ultimate U of which we are all deserving – aren’t we?
